Domestic Shipping & Handling Please allow 48 business hours for processing from the time when your order is placed to receive shipping information. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow up to 72 business hours of processing time. This excludes holidays and weekends.You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order via email.In case an item(s) selected isn’t in stock, you will be notified via email, and a refund will be processed for that item(s).Below is a list of domestic shipping options and costs. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) = $7.95, or FREE

 standard shipping on purchases of $60.00 (before tax and after discounts) or more. 2 Day Shipping (2 business days), order by 4:00PM CST, Monday - Friday = Starting at $16.00, cost based on location Overnight Shipping (Next business day, no Saturday & Sunday delivery), order by 4:00PM CST, Monday - Friday = Starting at $25.00, cost based on location Ship To Store (5-7 business days) = FREE standard shipping to a store location. Select "Ship To Store" at checkout to see a list of locations near you. Free standard shipping applies to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using standard shipping. Not valid on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Orders to PO Box and APO/AFO addresses will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges for standard, 2-day, or overnight deliveries that are delayed due to carrier delays, inclement weather, or incorrect shipping information being provided are not refundable. Orders placed with a subtotal of $500+ will require signature upon delivery

Return Policy

Online Return Policy How long do I have to make a return?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, full-price item(s) may be returned (postmarked by the carrier) within 30 days of the order date for a refund to the original form of payment.  Please note that there is a fee of $8 when using our return label which will be deducted from the total refund. Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. B’Shadi reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 20% restocking fee if these terms have not been followed. Do I have to pay the return shipping? There is a fee of $8 when using our return label which will be deducted from the total refund. If you decide to not use our label, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service, and obtain a receipt for all shipments. We are not responsible for packages mailed to us that do not use one of our prepaid return labels, and we do not reimburse for out-of-pocket shipping costs.
